This red wine jus is made using a rich and delicious beef stock and a full-bodied red wine. The red wine jus can be used for a variety of dishes, from a stunning red wine gravy to accompany Italian herby sausages and creamy polenta, or traditionally poured on top of a roast beef joint. Whatever you are cooking, this red win jus is the perfect base for any slow-cooked sauce. 

This ready-to-use red wine jus is gluten-free, preservative-free, has an excellent shelf-life and is suitable for freezing, making it the answer to all of your sauce problems! 

Please note: Lasts for 12 months in a dry, cool place, and three days in the fridge once opened or can be frozen to eliminate any wastage.
