Robiola rocchetta is a member of the deliciously creamy robiola family, often characterised by its triple milk cheeses. Robiola rochetta is made from cow, sheep and goat’s milk. It is a soft and silky cheese that oozes with fresh, sweet and nutty flavours. While it is young it can be quite mild, but as it ages its taste becomes more complex and full bodied. Add it to your after-dinner cheese selection and enjoy robiola rocchetta with a glass of dry white wine and some warm toasted bread.
