Fresh Potato Gnocchi, 2 x 1kg
These compact dumplings may appear to be pasta, but are generally made from potato or semolina. Firm and pleasing to bite into, they need very little sauce and are often at their best tossed in pesto, or with a knob of herb butter, and a sprinkling of cheese. Serve alone as a starter or main, or add to soups and stews for an interesting texture.

Cook for 2-3 mins in boiling water. This product can also be frozen.
